You’ll act as a system expert and serve as main point of contact for franchisees implementing software.

As Software Implementation Advisor/Level II Support you’ll:

  • Perform system implementation kick-off calls, screen shares, check-ins and one-on-one user training sessions.
  • Manage implementation tasks such as data migration, product training, and organizational roll-out strategies.
  • Identify each customer's goals and challenges to help them discover how to best use the product to support and improve their sales goals and prospecting.
  • Provide support and guidance by demonstrating knowledge of products, services, and best practices.
  • Set customers up for long-term success by demonstrating the value of the operating system/software, by helping customers achieve their goals.
  • Be responsible for keeping franchisees on track to agreed deadlines.
  • Provide level II support for franchise offices using the software.
  • Travel to locations to assist with support-related issues and onboarding.
  • Escalate support calls, when necessary, to the software team for further assistance.
  • Provide on-time communication to the level I support team and customer on ticket status.
  • Create knowledge base articles for operating system/software changes.
  • Have the ability to travel 10% of the time.

Education, Experience and Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • 5 years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
