Primary responsibilities of the International Product Lead:

  • Work with the International Product Owner and International markets to assist with the adaptation of global products, track development, monitor performance and ensure consistency of brand experience across all markets.
  • Monitor in-market performance of products and track stages of development.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and product manager to develop a roadmap of international products that reflect business priorities, budget / cost, and timing.
  • Work with local markets to setup product feedback loop and conduct market research to assess competitive landscape and market needs.
  • Develop international user stories.
  • Review and pass along frontline and market-specific insights including client and internal stakeholder feedback.
  • Ensure that a consistent brand and user experience permeates all of our client and user product experiences.
  • Collaborate with product teams/owners to help inform successful product creation and refinement.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our digital ecosystem, to be able to represent capabilities to international teams and understand how their unique requirements can best be met.
  • Assist data and analytics team/lead with data collection and analysis through front line technology and leverage global business insights from global consumer facing products. 
  • Provide ongoing metrics and assist with the delivery of insights to influence strategy and business growth initiatives across the International Division.
  • Monitor and hold markets accountable for delivering on product requirements.
  • Influence and lead international markets to localize and rollout integrated care product.
  • Travel as needed to fully support above objectives. Expected travel 30% or more.

Education, experience and required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field required.  Advanced degree (MBA, MA, PhD, etc.) preferred but not required. 
  • Experience working internationally and across multiple cultures strongly preferred.
