You’ll lead teams delivering technology, process, and support solutions that move forward the mission of Home Instead.
As Vice President Information Technology, you’ll:
- Lead Information Technology teams in pursuit of customer-oriented solution-delivery excellence and professional growth.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team members to inform business strategy for our current and future digital world.
- Set IT approach and tactics to fulfill the Home Instead global brand’s operational goals and strategic initiatives.
- Set the IT approach and tactics to support Home Instead Inc.’s and affiliate companies’ day-to-day operations.
- Identify, champion, and realize technology-based opportunities that drive revenue or increase efficiencies across the global Home Instead franchise network.
- Have the ability to travel approximately 20% of the time including international travel.
Education, Experience and Required Skills:
- Ten years of IT experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Business administration, or related field required.
- Demonstrable experience leading teams within an IT field.
- Demonstrable experience working with executive teams to achieve strategic objectives.
