We have an opportunity for you as Business Performance Manager. The Business Performance Manager actively changes the face of aging by providing franchise offices with robust business strategies and support which focus on quality care and profitability.

The Business Performance Manager’s primary responsibilities:

  • Take a proactive approach helping franchise owners grow revenue.
  • Ensure all franchise owners understand the sales cycle and utilize the sales process.
  • Assist in the development of new tools and programs for franchise owners to use in their businesses.
  • Assist franchise owners in developing and implementing a business plan.
  • Drive franchise owner participation in all company events, programs, and meetings.
  • Travel (approximately 25% of the time)
  • Sales forecasting.
  • Maintain accurate records of support provided to franchise owners.
  • Serve as a consultant for franchise owners.
  • Develop and present content for workshops and manage the regional awards lunch at Convention.
  • Develop and manage a budget for the region.
  • Actively manage the activities and the development of Business Performance Coaches for region.
  • Support, assist and execute on department strategies with Business Performance team.
  • Assist franchise owners with Organizational Modeling strategy by timing the hire of additional staff members and determining proper compensation.
  • On-call responsibilities.
  • Monitor and communicate with finance regarding the payment of royalties.
  • Assist franchise owners in developing and maintaining a profitable business.
  • Participate in classroom training on-site and/or offsite.
  • Collaborate with the Franchise Development department to guide franchise owners involved in new, transfer, and additional franchise purchases.
  • Collaborate with other divisions and/or departments on activities, initiatives, and/or programs that affect your region.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business.
  • Seven years of related business management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
